What happens when women of faith come together, not just to be inspired, but to be empowered, equipped, and connected? Something extraordinary!
Welcome to another edition of Sit Down Sundays with Pearl, where we have meaningful conversations about faith, purpose, leadership, and the journeys that shape us.
This week, we’re celebrating something close to the heart of women’s empowerment: the Women in Pulpits Gathering 2026.
More Than a Gathering; A Movement of Purpose
For generations, women have played a powerful role in shaping communities, nurturing faith, raising leaders, and advancing the Kingdom of God.
Yet, even today, many women in ministry continue to navigate challenges around representation, leadership, mentorship, and finding their voices.
The Women in Pulpits Gathering creates space for these conversations.
Hosted by Drs. Joe and Zoe Mabuela, through the Joe Mabuela Empowerment Corporation (JMec), this gathering brings women together across different ministries, backgrounds, and generations.
The vision is beautifully captured in three words:
Empowering. Equipping. Connecting.
It’s about reminding every woman that her calling matters, her voice carries purpose, and her contribution to the Kingdom is valuable.

Powerful Voices, Meaningful Conversations
The gathering brings together inspiring women of faith, including Dr. Pearl Kupe, Apostle Khomotjo Lebelo, Pastor Thandanani Savhasa, and Apostle Buyi Zulu, with Dr. Zoe Mabuela serving as facilitator.
These women represent different journeys, experiences, and expressions of ministry, but they share a commitment to faith, leadership, and uplifting others.
Through their stories, wisdom, and experiences, the gathering encourages women to embrace their callings, strengthen their leadership, and build meaningful connections.
Because sometimes, hearing another woman’s journey is the encouragement you need to keep walking in your own.

Wear the Message: Women in Pulpits Merchandise
And here’s something exciting!
The Women in Pulpits experience doesn’t end when the programme closes.
We’re also bringing the message to life through Women in Pulpits merchandise, available for purchase at the gathering!
Our merchandise is more than something to wear. It’s a statement of faith, purpose, and belonging.
Every time you wear your Women in Pulpits merchandise, you’re carrying a reminder of what this gathering represents:
Empowering women to embrace their calling.
Equipping women to lead with confidence and wisdom.
Connecting women who are passionate about making a difference.
Whether you’re purchasing something for yourself or as a meaningful gift for another woman in ministry, it’s a beautiful way to carry the message beyond the event.
Be sure to visit our merchandise stand and get yours!
Merchandise availability is subject to stock.

The Conversation Doesn’t End Here
One of the most beautiful things about gatherings like these is what happens afterwards.
It’s the friendships formed, the wisdom carried home, the prayers whispered, the courage rediscovered, and the connections that continue long after everyone has left the room.
Our hope is that every woman leaves encouraged not only by what she has heard, but also by what she now believes is possible.
Because the goal isn’t simply to fill a room with women.
It’s to see women leave that room ready to make an impact.
A Final Thought from Pearl
As we celebrate Women in Pulpits 2026, here’s something I’d love every woman to remember:
You don’t need to diminish your voice to make room for someone else’s. There is space for all of us to rise, lead, and fulfil our God-given purpose.
So let’s continue to champion one another, celebrate one another, and create spaces where the next generation of women in ministry can thrive.
Until our next conversation, keep growing, keep believing, and never underestimate the power of your voice.
With love,
Pearl
